I can't connect to dattodrive.com or the connection is slow. What can I check?

If you are having trouble getting to the dattodrive.com site, or the connection is slow, be sure to check the following:

  • If you are using the web application, try downloading and using a desktop or mobile client instead.
  • Is your LAN or internet connection slow in general?
  • Are your proxy settings allowing traffic to and from dattodrive.com?
  • If you are having SSL issues, try the following:
    • In Internet Explorer, go to Internet Options and click the Content tab. From there, click Clear SSL State
    • In Firefox, go to History -> Clear Recent History, and then select Active Logins. Click Clear Now.
    • In Chrome, click the settings icon, and then click Settings. Click the Content tab, and click Clear SSL State. Then, click OK.
  • Is your browser up to date?
  • Check that you can reach dattodrive.com from your network. Open a command line and ping dattodrive.com.
  • Are your browser security settings blocking the connection to dattodrive.com
  • Clear your browser cache, and try again.
